A fast growing Pharmaceutical/Super Stores with branches spread across the country has vacancies for the following:

  • SALES MANAGER (Retail)
  • SALES SUPERVISORS

Applicants must possess the following:
Sales Manager:
A good 1st degree in marketing (BSC/HND)
MBA will be an added advantage with not less than 3years experience in the running of modern super stores
Must be able to work with little or no supervision with updated IT knowledge
AGE: Between 25 & 35yrs.
LOCATION: Lagos and Abuja

Sales Supervisors:
A good 1st degree in marketing (BSC/HND)
Must have at least 2yrs post NYSC working experience in the related field
Must have good communication skills and excellent inter-personal relations
Candidates undergoing part-time course need not apply
LOCATION: Port-Harcourt

COUNTRY SALES MANAGER
Phinetec Inc. is an enterprise I & IT service organization, leading and providing modern, innovative technology solution to business and public enterprise in the North American and European markets. PHINETEC was founded in 2006, with head office in Ontario, Canada.
PHINETEC is seeking a well-groomed, experienced and energetic Country Sales Manager to join an organization leading a rapidly growing industry. Reporting to the International CEO, the new Country Sales Manager will be establishing our new Nigerian organization and will be responsible for developing and executing a winning marketing strategy for PHINETEC technology solutions and I & IT services in all market segment.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience in developing a successful organization within IT and Technology Services space, proven ability to deliver, result-oriented together with ability to work independently for continued and sustainable revenue growth.
This role involves developing new and managing existing opportunities throughout Nigeria, managing pre-and-post sales technical support as well as driving customers in the I & IT and technology solution marketers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute a winning strategic plan for PHINETEC in Nigeria
Develop and generate revenue sales throughout Nigeria
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies.
Develop a clear understanding of competitors, their priorities and their competitive strengths
Recruit, and manage dedicated sales and technical staff and develop subsidiary to support growing number of customer base
Required Experience/Skills:
Demonstrated impressive sales track record successful execution of sales of early market high technology products and services
Demonstrated successful leadership and mentoring skills to develop a successful sales and support team
Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree or MBA preferred
COMPENSATION: Attractive and Negotiable + Commission.

SALES MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION Manage existing accounts while prospecting for new ones Achieve annual sales objectives goals by formulating account plans, providing quotes for service and equipment, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times, make frequent sales calls (cold calls and lead based calls), investigate new business opportunities and develop existing accounts. Lead the sales from the opportunity level through the negotiation process, to contrast signature and payments Serve as main focal point for customers Be involved in exhibitions, road shows, customer seminars and product launches of relevant territories, both (local and global).

REQUIREMENTS: B.A or BSC – preferably from an Engineering back ground background. 4-6 years of international as experience in global telecom companies. Intimate knowledge and proven experience of the VSAT / Satellite market Proven presentation and writing skills Extensive multitasking and learning capabilities English – proficient Extensive travel (50% of the time) Experience with ISP and telecommunication provides (an advantage)
