DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATION

A degree in public administration, business administration or human resources management. Experience in customer service management or related activities. A minimum of six (6) years working experience in a similar role. Have excellent communication skills, particularly listening and speaking Outstanding diplomacy that will consistently produce win-win results for customers and company. Good knowledge of computer and good interpersonal skills required. The ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult or angry people is critical. Must be able to work independently within specified time constraints. Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact. Good leadership skill. Ability to produce creative ideas to ameliorate customer service standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION Developing and achieving performance goals (long and short rang) and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations. Manage and ensure resolution of customer complaints and work towards non-repetition of the same issues based on quality of service and expected level of service. Measure the performance and acceptance of customer service delivery and implement changes to advance customer understanding and use of service or product. Follow up on every client that called in for technical support, re-opening unsatisfactorily resolved issues and monitor progress to complete and satisfactory resolution. Present to Management periodic statistics and reports on total number of renewals, total number of reported problems, total number of closed cases and pending cases. Supervising customer service teams, learning about the products or services of the organization and following up-to-date with modifications. Developing customer service standards, policies and procedures for the organization or department. Solving and investigating customer’s long-standing or complex problems passed on by the customer service assistants.

DESCRIPTION Design and maintain corporate and brand websites. Update websites with appropriate news of all corporate and product events. Manage the organisation’s intranet as well as other online based communications and relevant operational applications.

REQUIREMENTS A relevant degree or certification in related discipline. A minimum of two (2) years experience in website development and management. Creative ability and inter-personal communication skills. Proven record of website design. Good spoken and written English.
