SENIOR ENGINEER JOB SPECIFICATION Responsible for the Design and Application of the following: Preparation of specifications and calculations of studies and projects and ensure that the specifications are code compliant To provide piping layout support Check and approve designs and detail drawings produced by piping designers To ensure that all produced document are in accordance with project procedures Consistent production of piping deliver ables with engineering specifications and desi9gn Conversant with engineering design office practice and procedures; have a work knowledge of CAD and preferable PDMS To raise purchase requisition for materials as supplied in take-off complied by designers. Attend project inter-discipline design reviews and ensure that project objectives are fulfilled To prepare and answer technical queries associated with any aspect of work associated with the department.

SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER JOB SPECIFICATION: We would ideally be looking for the following experience: Capable of developing P&IDs from concept through to detailed designs Experienced in process equipment and systems design including vessels, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, control valves, relief & flare systems, piping, control & emergency systems.
Experienced in process simulations using HYSIS or other similar software Familiar with typical process design software such as Pipesim, Flaresim, Falrenet etc Experience in HAZOP technique,. Awareness of SIL/HAVID etc. Experienced in managing analysis to selecting optimum processing scheme
