The candidate will be responsible for: Driving the sales force and achieving the marketing target of our product in the specified region Manage all third party relationships with Agents and Clients Supervise other staff in the department Make periodic reports to management o activities in their region Responsible for all valuation within the specified region
LOCATION: Port-Harcourt and Abuja
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 7 years experience in Real Estate marketing and Agency services
QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a BSC or HND in Estate Management Must be registered Estate Surveyor Must have adequate presentation and analytical skills Must have at least 7 years work in experience with track records of sales/purchase of properties.
